The Harris Fold and Sunnyside Rare Breeds Limited were founded in 2011, which was the result of Paul’s diversification from architecture to establish a quality fold of pedigree highland cattle in the rural village of Salford, Bedfordshire.

The original small holding of 9 acres has slowly grown over the years into a small farm of over 50 acres of organic grass land, woodland and ponds. We have also had on occasions, native breed sheep, pigs and horses accumulating to over 40 animals.

Our Highland cattle are raised naturally on milk, grass and hay as part of our approach to raising organic produce.

We have exhibited our cattle at various county shows throughout the UK over the years and take great pride and enjoyment in preparing them for exhibition.   We also supply stock animals to new and established breeders throughout the UK and are a Red Tractor assured provider for the beef market.
